4 WEEK MACRO COACHING & TRAINING
This package includes a customized workout program, customized macros, iifym walk through/explanation, cardio recommendation, and a list of foods that will be helpful when it comes to hitting your macros. This package also includes weekly check ins with me for 4 weeks straight where we manipulate your macros & training based on how your body is responding. You can chose this whether you want to cut (lose weight/fat) or if you want to bulk (put on lean muscle/grow).
HOW IT WORKS:
After purchasing this plan, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you have, once you’ve done that you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out, which is what I will refer to when creating your program and macros. You can then expect to receive your plan within 2-4 days of sending back your questionnaire.
If you chose this package you will have access to me 24/7 and would be able to email me with any questions that you have regardless if it’s check in day or not. I have a very hands on approach when it comes to coaching, I check my email 6-10 times a day to make sure I provide my clients with the most efficient and accurate information as possible. I don’t just want to give you macros or create a training program and leave you there. I want to teach you about food, training, how to be in control of your own body, and how to create a sustainable lifestyle so that in the future you won’t need a coach 🙂
